For as long as I can remember I have found myself inspired by the natural world. Born, raised and consistently returning to the majestic mountains, forests and waters of Southern B.C. The values I have shaped and continue to carry derive from all that surrounds Me. I find it truly incredible to witness the unspoken order with which trees, plants, and animals coexist and thrive in their natural environment. I have always found a deep peace in a forest setting and have often felt as a society we would benefit from following the life cycle of trees. Using their root system to communicate and support one another, they search for the light and their life focus is growth.
Unfortunately, aside from my earlier years of treeplanting and forestry work I haven't found a sustainable way to exists in this world by hanging out with trees all day. So I draw my inspiration in, create, share and connect with those around me focused on their growth and healing journey. A handful of years back I tried to combine my passion, art, want for community and need to exist in this world into a brand I called "Connected at the Roots." This was a short lived journey through the lessons of building a vision from the ground up.
In the years that followed it felt to me like the world got crazier, we all became more divided and I felt a deep sense of disconnect. Returning back to my passions of music in late 2023, I was greeted with a renewed spark to create and build connection from a deeper place.
The Heart.
I was gifted with a vision. As we are consistently pushed into a false life of artificial community, food, connection and entertainment, the time has come to push back. A flood gate opened as my life put me in the presence of Artists, Creators, Healers and Humans that showed me exactly what a heart connection is.
I have always lived with a deep seeded dream of being able to help and support people on their journey of healing and becoming their authentic selves. Being a creator exists is infinite forms. I believe we all have a purpose inside, a spark that never goes away. As we create, share and connect with each other from an authentic state, we fan the spark in each other, birthing flames that light the way to a brighter future.
There is no limit to the magic we are capable of creating together. Through supporting one another, I believe we are capable of building a community where no person is left behind.
